Substantial reductions in airborne microbes compared to control Testing.

In controlled tests using FDA 510(k) test methods, our candle lowered airborne germs while it was burning. We tested against at many types of microbes (bacteria, virus surrogates, and common molds) and measured the air during the testing. The full reports have all the details, below.

Bacteria: 99–100%

Virus surrogates: ~99%+

Mold/yeast: 80–85%

How We Test

Clear process, real airborne germs.

Independent lab trials in sealed test chambers. We introduce representative microbes, light the candle, and measure the air over time using standardized sampling. Results are compared to control runs and summarized in downloadable reports.

When lit, the candle releases ultra-low silver that interacts with airborne germs. Natural wax vapors (including beeswax) help tiny particles come together and drop from the air, reducing what stays suspended. It’s passive and gentle, only while the candle burns.
