Shipping and returns
Getting it to you, and back if it is not right.
Dispatch is three to five business days. Shipping is $3 a candle, and free on three or more. Returns run thirty days.
When will my order ship?
Within three to five business days. Tracking goes to the email address used at checkout as soon as the order leaves.
How much does shipping cost?
$3.00 per candle. Free $59.99 or more The rate is shown at checkout, before payment.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide.
Can I return a candle?
Thirty days from the day it arrives. The candle has to be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Ask for the return first. Anything sent back without one is not accepted.
A prepaid label follows once the return is approved. The full terms are in the refund policy.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph it, then ask for a refund. Send the photographs and the order number to info@glowguardian.com. Photograph the box as well as the candle.

How is it packed?
A seven by seven inch cardboard box. Packing paper around the glass.
