Glow Guardian Inc. Terms of Service. Effective September 25, 2026.

1. These terms. This website, glowguardian.com, is operated by Glow Guardian Inc., 12870 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66213 (“Glow Guardian”, “we”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Our products. Glow Guardian candles are 12 oz (340 g) candles made from soy, coconut and beeswax with three lead-free cotton wicks, essential oils where the candle is scented, and a trace of pure silver in the wax. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors vary by screen, and natural materials vary slightly from candle to candle. Glow Guardian candles are a home fragrance product. They are not a medical device, do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and are not a substitute for ventilation. 4. Safe use. A candle is an open flame. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn it on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, curtains, paper, children and pets. Trim the three wicks to about a quarter inch before each burn. Do not burn for more than four hours at a time. Stop using the candle when about half an inch of wax remains. Do not move a candle while it is lit or the wax is liquid. Follow the instructions on the label.

5. Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before shipping, for example where a product is unavailable, a price or description was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any payment in full. We may limit quantities per order or per customer.

6. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any taxes, which are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers offered at checkout. We do not store your card details.

7. Shipping. Shipping terms, rates and delivery estimates are in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave.

8. Returns and refunds. Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the place where you live.

9. Accounts. If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and tell us at once if you think they have been used without your permission. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.

10. Intellectual property. The site and its content, including text, photographs, video, graphics, the Glow Guardian name and logo, and the mark Pure Glow, Pure Protection™, belong to Glow Guardian Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for a commercial purpose without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to misrepresent who you are.

12. Reviews and submissions. If you send us a review, photograph or comment, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business. You confirm it is your own, true, and not misleading. We may decline or remove any submission.

13. Third-party links. The site may link to sites we do not control, including the carriers’ tracking pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, the site and our products are provided without warranties beyond those stated in these terms and those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption or error.

15. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

16. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Glow Guardian Inc. against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

17. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

18. Changes. We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
