Refund policy

Glow Guardian Inc. Refund Policy. Effective September 25, 2026.

Thirty days. You may return a candle within 30 days of delivery.

What we can accept. The candle must be unused and unlit, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Your order number is proof of purchase. A candle that has been lit cannot be returned, except under Damaged or incorrect items below.

How to return. Email info@glowguardian.com with your order number and the reason for the return before you send anything. We will confirm the return and send you a prepaid return label. Please ship the candle within 14 days of receiving the label. Candles sent back without a confirmed return may not be refunded.

Your refund. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the price of the candle to your original payment method within ten business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping charges are not refunded, unless the return is because of damage or our error.

Damaged or incorrect items. If a candle arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong candle, email photographs of the candle and the box with your order number to info@glowguardian.com within 14 days of delivery. We will refund in full, including shipping, or send a replacement. You do not need to return the item unless we ask.

Exchanges. The fastest way to exchange is to return the candle under this policy and place a new order for the one you want.

European Union and United Kingdom customers. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise it, email info@glowguardian.com within those 14 days and return the candle unused, in its original packaging, within 14 days of telling us. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, or of your proof of having sent it, including the original shipping charge at the standard rate. This right is in addition to the 30-day return above.

Late or missing refunds. If a refund has not appeared after the time above, check with your bank or card issuer first, then write to us with your order number.
